At Lebanon Eyecare we have an on-premises, full spectrum state-of-the-art laboratory (the first in central Pennsylvania) which can surface (grind the prescription) and finish (shape to the frame style, as well as tint or surface coat) glass, plastic, hi-index (ultra thin), and polycarbonate (the most shatter resistant) lenses.

The lab includes multiple computer controlled lens grinding operations which enables our certified lab opticians to manufacture 98% all glasses in just 1 - 2 hours. This includes bifocals, trifocals, and the newest "no-line" progressive additions (PAL) multifocals, and in clear, tinted, transitions (photochromatics that change from a light tint, or no tint, to a darker tint in sunlight), polycarbonate, hi-index, and sunglasses.

Since our lab controls the entire production process, from beginning to end, we can guarantee the absolute highest quality and accuracy of the lens prescription and the finished pair of glasses.

We have produced and dispensed over 300,000 pairs of glasses through the four Vision World locations from 1987 to 1997, and now, with the same people at Lebanon Eyecare Associates.
